Established in April, 1994, Sunsum was constituted by the law experts and professors, and was among the pioneer law firms of Yantai city. In September,2002, Sunsum was reorganized into a partnership law firm; now Sunsum has gained an advantageous position in Yantai and to certain extent in Shandong province. Sunsum has attracted many excellent lawyers, with a total number of over 30 lawyers, who respectively graduated from Peking University, China People’s University, Shandong University, Jiejiang University, Southwest Politics and Law University, Huadong Politics and Law University, China Marine University, Dalian Marine University. Nearly half of the lawyers are respectively law doctors, masters, and several lawyers are law professors, and vice professors, who respectively are the tutors of law doctors and law masters. Two lawyers are elected as member of Yantai CPPC; three lawyers are elected as the member of Shadong and Yantai Lawyer Association; several lawyers are elected as the most excellent ten lawyers of Yantai city. Some are elected as three-eight banner.

Sunsum is one of the two law firms in Shandong province, which have gained the verification of ISO9001：2000 quality control system, and was award 3rd Rank achievement by Yantai Civil Administration Bureau and was elected ,in the first round, as “Shandong Excellent Law Firm” by Shandong Provincial Civil Administration Bureau. |
